  • No, you do not need a referral to get started. In Virginia, I am Direct Access Certified, which means you can come directly to me for an evaluation and treatment without waiting to see a physician first.

    Note: While Virginia law allows direct treatment for up to 60 consecutive days, a few specific insurance plans, such as Medicare, still require a referral for reimbursement. We will happily verify your specific benefits before your first visit so there are no surprises.

  • We offer a self pay cash rate of $80/visit
