Plan Your Visit to Body Ease

Because we operate as a dedicated solo practice, your time here is completely private and unhurried. Below you will find everything you need to know about finding our historic Staunton location, scheduling your sessions, and preparing for your first appointment.

🏛️ Our Location: The Historic Farmhouse

We are located inside a beautiful, 200-year-old historic farmhouse in Staunton, Virginia. We have intentionally preserved this space to offer a warm, calm, and peaceful alternative to traditional clinical environments.

  • Parking: Free, convenient on-site parking is located directly steps from the entrance

  • Accessibility: Ramp accessible into the main level. Able to drive to pool entrance for aquatic therapy sessions, one step to enter pool area

📅 Scheduling & Appointments

To give every patient my undivided attention, care is provided strictly by appointment. I do not double-book slots or rush sessions, ensuring that your time is entirely yours.

  • Hours of Operation: Mon-Thur 7:20-5:00; Fri 7:20-12 noon

  • To Schedule: Please call us directly at 540-337-1999

🎒 What to Bring & Wear

To ensure your first session is seamless and comfortable, please prepare the following based on the type of therapy we are focusing on:

For All Patients

  • Identification & Insurance: Please bring your photo ID and current insurance card(s).

  • Paperwork: Please arrive 5 minutes early to fill out our intake form, if you did not receive it in the mail prior, or you can print it here ahead of time

  • Comfortable Clothing: Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily and gives easy access to the area we are treating (e.g., shorts for knee/hip injuries, or a tank top for shoulder issues).

If You Are Participating in Aquatic Therapy

Because our private indoor pool is heated to 91°F year-round, you will want to bring:

  • A Swimsuit or Clean Pool Attire: A clean swimsuit, or clean athletic shorts and a t-shirt designated strictly for pool use.

  • A Towel: A dry towel for after your swim.

  • Dry Clothes: A change of dry clothes for your trip home. We provide a private, comfortable changing area on-site for your convenience.
